1. Operational figures are aids, not oracles

Distances shown as "GPS distance" are computed by summing satellite fixes. Coverage gaps mean these figures can under-report and are floors, not totals; the pages say so where it matters. Fuel levels, kilometre-per-litre figures and locations depend on third-party telematics feeds and carry the age of their last reading. A dash means "no data", which is not the same as zero.

2. Financial reports

Ledgers, P&L statements, balance sheets, ratios and payroll figures are generated from the data entered into the System. They are management information. Statutory filings and audited accounts must be prepared and verified by qualified professionals; the System's output does not replace a chartered accountant's opinion.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing in the System — including EMI calculators, freight estimators, costing tools and compliance reminders — constitutes legal, tax, investment or financial advice. Compliance reminders depend on the expiry dates entered; a wrong or missing entry produces a wrong or missing reminder, and responsibility for statutory compliance remains with the vehicle owner and operator.

3a. Third-party services

Maps, geocoding, telematics and messaging rely on external providers. Their availability, accuracy and terms are theirs, not ours.

4. No warranty

The System is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOGIVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED disclaims liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the System.
