LogiERP
Draft for review. This document was prepared in-house and has not yet been reviewed by a legal professional. It states our honest working practice, but do not treat it as legal advice — particularly important here, since the system processes personal data including driver records and vehicle GPS traces.

Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data LOGIVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED ("the Company", "we") processes in LogiERP and the LogiERP Driver application, why, and what rights you have. It is written to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. Whose data, and what

Employees and users

Drivers

Vehicles (which can reveal driver location)

Partners, customers and vendors

2. Why we process it

3. Consent and notice

Drivers are informed of GPS-based attendance and vehicle tracking at onboarding and consent within the driver application. Employees are informed through their terms of engagement. Where processing rests on legal obligation, consent is not the basis and refusal cannot remove the obligation — but we will always tell you what is collected.

4. Who sees it

5. Retention

Business and accounting records are retained as long as Indian law requires (generally eight years for books of account). GPS traces are retained for operational analysis and then summarised; raw traces are not kept longer than needed. Accounts of people who leave are deactivated, not deleted, because the records they created remain part of the books.

6. Security

Data is held on servers in a hardened environment with encrypted transport (HTTPS), role-based access, hashed passwords, device-bound driver sessions, and activity logging. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting you occurs we will inform you and the authorities as the DPDP Act requires.

7. Your rights

You may ask what personal data of yours the System holds, ask for corrections, and raise a grievance. Write to admin@logiverse.in — the grievance officer will respond. If unsatisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Children

The System is a workplace tool and is not used by, or directed at, children.
