Terms of Use
These terms govern every use of LogiERP — the web application at erp.logiverse.in and the LogiERP Driver mobile application (together, "the System") — operated by LOGIVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED ("the Company", "we"). By signing in you accept them.
1. Who may use the System
The System is not a public service. Access is granted only to: employees of the Company; authorised staff of transport partners, vendors and customers to the extent enabled for them; and drivers engaged on the Company's or its partners' vehicles, through the driver application. An account is personal — sharing credentials, PINs or device access is prohibited, and everything done under an account is attributed to its holder.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the System only for the Company's legitimate business purposes.
- Enter true and accurate data. Records in the System — trips, expenses, attendance, payments, stock — feed statutory accounts and payroll; deliberately false entries are treated as misconduct and may have legal consequences.
- Do not attempt to access data or functions beyond your granted role, probe or scan the System, introduce malware, or extract data in bulk except through the export functions provided for your role.
- Do not copy, disclose or reuse the System's design, code, reports or data outside the Company's business.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your password, PIN and registered device secure and for telling us immediately at admin@logiverse.in if you suspect misuse. We may suspend an account at any time to protect the System or its data. Sessions end automatically after a period of inactivity.
4. Intellectual property
The System and everything in it that is not your own personal data — software, layouts, document formats, compiled data, the LogiERP name — belong to the Company. Use of the System grants no licence beyond signing in and using the functions enabled for you.
5. Monitoring, records and GPS
The System keeps activity records (who did what, when) for security, audit and statutory purposes. Vehicles operated for the Company carry telematics, and driver attendance in the mobile application uses device location at check-in. Details of what is collected and why are in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the System available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Functions, these terms and the legal documents may change; the "last updated" date at the top moves when they do, and continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
7. Liability
The System is a business tool provided "as is" to authorised users. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for loss caused by reliance on figures a user entered incorrectly, by service interruption, or by circumstances outside its reasonable control. See also the Disclaimers.
8. Termination
Access ends when your employment or engagement ends, when the enabling agreement with your organisation ends, or when revoked for breach of these terms. Obligations of confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Walajapet, Tamil Nadu, and the courts having jurisdiction over Walajapet shall have exclusive supervisory jurisdiction.
